We only invoice for services once a candidate’s contract is signed by both parties: our clients can also continue with their standard means of candidate search and selection (i.e., Infojobs). JM Internship does not require exclusivity; instead we provide another useful channel for selecting qualified candidates. In the event that none of our candidates fits the profile requirements perfectly or our client finds someone who better fits what they are searching for, our client does not incur a single expense.
You shouldn’t have to spend precious working hours reviewing CVs, contacting candidates and conducting interviews. We take care of everything, and you are free to dedicate 100% of your time to your main job.

Unlike the majority of internships in Spain, students in England, France and Germany are required to do at least six months of training abroad. This requirement enables and compels them to master several languages.
We know that the language barrier may seem inconvenient when recruiting students. In European business schools, students are required to study foreign languages (English, Spanish…). JM Internship ensures that all of our shortlisted candidates are strong speakers of the language(s) required for the position. The individual’s language level is assessed through one-on-one interviews.
JM Internship only offers interns available for 3 to 12 months. The duration of the internship is determined based upon the candidate’s job function within the company.
