The host company must meet certain conditions in order to become a JM Internship business partner and recruit highly qualified interns.

JM Internship does not consider any offer with a salary less than 380 € per month (net). This salary must be fully paid, and additional benefits like meal tickets or transportation reimbursement cannot be substituted.

JM Internship believes that a professional relationship between the host company and the intern is vital to a successful internship.

The company must also meet the following conditions, which JM Internship considers a priority:

• The student must have a clear objective within the host company that matches his academic program.
• The student must have all the tools and training needed to achieve these objectives.
• The student must have one person within the company who is in charge of helping the student in any way possible to reach the objectives.
• The company must be fully prepared to receive the intern (computer, desk, planning, team awareness, proper introduction, etc.)
• Time must be allotted to provide the intern with the opportunity to discuss the objectives and ask questions.

This list is not exhaustive, and JM Internship reserves the right to reject any internship listing.

Respecting these rules is the key to a successful internship. The credibility and reputation of your company depends upon them.
